What do you actually do?
I take care of the time-consuming tasks in keeping your books organised so you can focus on running your business (or finally take that weekend off). Think sorting through tons of receipts, bank reconciliations, matching payments to bills and invoices, clear reports, payroll, and setting up Xero.
I’m months behind on my books. Can you still help?
Absolutely. I’ll get you caught up and keep things running smoothly from there.
Do you work with MYOB, QuickBooks, or other software?
I specialise in Xero. It’s what I know best, and it helps me give you faster, better results. If you’re not on Xero yet, I can help you switch over.
Do I need to hire you full-time?
Not at all. I work as a freelancer, which means I can support your business with bookkeeping on a flexible, ongoing basis without the cost of a full-time hire.
How much will it cost?
Every business is unique, so the cost depends on your specific needs. I offer packages starting at $78 per week and charge a fixed rate, so you know exactly how much you’re paying each month – no surprises! Contact me for more information about pricing.
Do you offer a free trial?
No, but you have an option to pay weekly with no lock-in period, so there’s no drama if we’re not a good fit.
Do you require upfront payments?
Yes. To keep things fair and simple, all work is paid upfront, at least 5 days before work starts.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay via XE.com or Wise.
When are you available?
I usually work Mondays to Fridays, 10 AM – 7 PM (AEST). Send me a message anytime and I’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
How do we stay in touch?
Clients can reach me through email for updates and documents, Zoom or Meet for chats, or messaging apps for quick check-ins.
How do I get started?
